Compliance Management Portal now available

The portal for Compliance Managers is now available. To reach the Compliance Management Portal, go to www.FinCert.org/portal.html, scroll towards the bottom of the page and select the “Compliance Management Portal” link. Please use the Login ID and Password above to log in.

The “Compliance Manager User Manual” link immediately below it will open a PDF document which contains simple but detailed instructions (including screen shots) on how to navigate the system, locate information about specific Certificants, print Certification Letters, report CEUs completed for Certificants (if you desire to), and generate reports on the status of your Certificants.

The Compliance Management Portal can also be used to purchase and manage vouchers, which can then be used by your employees to pay for certification registrations, examinations, and renewals. More information on using the voucher system, including simple but detailed instructions (including screen shots) is available in the Compliance Manager User Manual.

Usernames and Passwords

If you have staff who still have not received an email from SMT Testing with a user name and password for their online account to access their Certification records, it may be either that their email was intercepted by a spam filter or that our files did not contain an updated email address for that individual.

Your staff may obtain their username and password either by contacting SMT Testing at (866) 773-1114, or the Center for Financial Certifications at Certifications@FinancialLit.org.

Certification Web Portal

As a reminder, our new Certification Web Portal, which is now available at www.FinCert.org/portal.html, contains links, documents and forms that will help Applicants, Certificants and Compliance Managers navigate our certification process.
