Portal and Pre-Screening Questionnaire

Voluntary Pre-Screening Questionnaire. This form is for the convenience of potential Applicants and their employers to determine if Applicants meet certification requirements prior to the payment of any fees, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This questionnaire is not required but its completion is strongly encouraged.

Certification Management Portal. This link connects Certificants to the online platform used to manage CFC certifications. Use this link for Application, Examination Scheduling, CEU Reporting and Renewal.  For instructions on how to use this portal, please see the Certification Management User Manuals below.

Certification Management User Manual - Part 1. This document provides step by step instructions on Pre-Registration, Application and Examination Scheduling within the Certification Management Portal (see above). (Updated 01-11-2012)

Certification Management User Manual - Part 2. This document provides step by step instructions on CEU Reporting, Renewal By CEUs, Renewal By Examination, and Renewal after Expiration within the Certification Management Portal (see above). (Updated 01-11-2012)

Testing Center Locations. This page will allow users to search for nearby IQT Testing Centers at which CFC examinations are administered. (Updated 01-01-2012)

Forms

CEU Pre-Approved List. This document lists all continuing education programs currently recognized by CFC for CEU credit. This list is updated regularly

CEU Approval Request Form. This form is used by Certificants or Providers to apply for pre-approval of continuing education activities. (Updated 07-01-2011)

Petition for Reconsideration. This form is used by Applicants or Certificants who wish to clarify their status if they may not be in compliance with the Certification requirements found in Article V(B) of the Certification Policies and Standards and/or Section 2.2 of the Voluntary Pre-Screening Questionnaire. Replacement Display Certificate Request Form. This form is used by Certificants who need to replace a lost or damaged Display Certificate. (Coming Soon!)

Pricing and Fees. This document lists all current fees charged by the Center for Financial Certifications. Please review the various policies and procedures for details about when fees are incurred. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. (Updated 01-01-2012)

Organizations and Compliance Managers

Compliance Management Portal. This link allows Compliance Managers with Registered Organizations to obtain status reports on their employees and purchase vouchers that employees may use to pay fees. (Updated 1-23-2012)

Compliance Manager User Manual. This document provides step by step instructions on obtaining status reports on your employees, downloading copies of their Certification Letters, and managing Vouchers for the payment of fees due within the Compliance Management Portal (see above). Organization Registration Form. This form allows Organizations which employ multiple individuals certified by CFC and wish to monitor the certification status of these individuals to register with CFC. (Updated 10-20-2011)

Compliance Manager Registration Form. Compliance Managers are individuals employed by organizations which have registered with CFC and are authorized to obtain status reports on their employees and purchase vouchers that employees may use to pay fees. (Updated 10-20-2011)
